Most of my clients are incredibly busy people. They have stories worthy of publication and the desire to write, but zero time to actually do it.
A good ghostwriter works around your schedule. The collaboration between ghost and author is everything—interviews should only take as much time as you’re comfortable with.
Building trust is essential so you feel safe opening up (more on NDAs in future posts). Yes, interviews are the raw material we use to build your book, but they shouldn’t feel like work.
What makes me effective at this? Beyond my journalism training and interview skills, I spent years in the restaurant business. I know how to carry a conversation and put people at ease.
